Returns & Exchanges

At Los Compadres Distributor, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
